Being a customer in Germany, it is always a bit of a question mark, what product you can expect from Overseas / the USA - it was quickly delivered, functions properly - screen quality is very good and easy to install.
I have ordered additional IR headsets, the IR connection works ok, but is not 100% perfect (some little disturbing background noise). Still the screen itself offers perfect value for the money, highly recommendable.
