As mentioned be sure to get the full set of directions from the website. The included directions don't describe how to connect all the wires. It was pretty straight forward to install and works great once in the car. I am using it in a 2007 Malibu. The only oddity that I have observed is the radio display is different that normal while using an input from this device. The clock looses the am/pm and the temperature isn't displayed. I can still check the temp by pressing the display button and scrolling through a couple screens.
