I have this product in my car and it works great. I did the installation myself and it didn't take all that long. The instructions were very very basic, but I was able to figure it out. The secret was the USB key with the car configuration file on it. I didn't have a USB flash drive, so I tried a camera and a couple other USB storage things. Suffice to say that it needs to be a USB flash disk.

One time, I think I managed to confuse it and it acted strangely. This happened once and was related to me pressing a BUNCH of buttons on the dash really quickly. It's been perfect ever since.
