Review : Very good receiver and reversible installation in a 2002 Camry
Replaced a Kenwood DNX5120 which turned out to be a very disappointing XM radio (the tuner failed and Kenwood discontinued support) in a 2002 Toyota Camry SE. This car came with a factory JBL stereo and I connected this receiver to the JBL amp so that I could use the factory speakers (more later).

The new JVC KW-AV70BT receiver is configured with the SiriusXM SXV200v1 tuner and KS-U30 iPhone adapter cable. I used the Metra 95-8203 installation kit. Since I had previously installed an aftermarket receiver, I already had the Toyota Receiver Wiring Harness that I had bought from Crutchfield. It's important to note that this harness includes the four RCA jacks used to connect the factory JBL amplifier to the new receiver. You CANNOT connect the factory speakers directly to this receiver. The ohm rating of the factory speakers is too low for this receiver.
