Since no one has reviewed this item yet I thought I would share my experience with it. The EXD-7088GPS is a unit that offers GPS/DVD/USB/Ipod/Radio (no HD Radio)/Steering wheel controls/CD/Bluetooth features. As far as an all-in-one unit goes it is not bad for the price- and is somewhat customizable according to the unit. The unit uses a Windows CE based operating system and although it has its glitches it works fairly well. I cannot speak to the long-term reliability of the unit as I have only had it for a week but I will update this review in about 6 months. The unit takes about 12 seconds to boot and ~20 seconds for BT connectivity.

The GPS is a Horizon Nav product; the maps are preloaded on a 4gb SD card that in theory should be easy to update. It does come with a separate manual just for the GPS which is nice. Since the unit feature front AUX/SD/USB inputs you won't have to pull the entire unit out to get at the SD card to update the maps. I haven't had the need to...
