I ordered this player to upgrade my OEM radio system. The player arrived very timely and was easy to install. It was very appealing after the install. After about a couple of weeks, I decided to pull it out and replace it with a more powerful audio system (Alpine). I am big on sound quality so this unit, while very good, did not have the equalizer I preferred. My experience with NewerStone was OUTSTANDING!! Although I chose to return the item (solely due to my personal preference), NewerStone was very understanding, responsive and offered to refund the price of their product. I was especially pleased by their customer service and willingness to assist. A superb seller, I highly recommend NewerStone.
